california foreclosure auction process
Foreclosure in California. My house is in the foreclosure process.?

My question is, once the lender sells the house auction, are the lenders must give us a certain amount of days notice for us to leave? Or is that just come and lock up my house? I know A couple of years ago, the creditors are entitled to come to lock the house, even with your stuff in it yet without notice. But with today's market, need to know whether to give any kind of notification? And if required to do so?

Here some new information: Forclosures in CA: http://www.tdsf.com/forefaq.htm and http://www.gtc1.com/library/foreclosure.html The buyer is entitled to immediate possession. After three days notice required, the new owner may evict any person staying at the premises of unlawful detainer proceedings. The buyer receives all fixtures and improvements, whether installed before or after the commencement of foreclosure. Although the sale eliminates all junior privileges, if the maker of the note may come back into the ownership of property, lien can be revived. One thing to consider: Do you want an eviction on your record after it ended?
