I would highly recommend starting to look for another place to live. It could be auctioned to a person who I like to live in the residence or could be auctioned to a person who would like to use the property as an investment. You may want to rent or simply fix and try to sell it for a quick profit. Even if they would be interested in renting you still have no idea whether to try to increase their income, provide conditions favorable for you or what kind of owner they are.
