Advantages and disadv of ebay Store vs regular auctions?
Do ebay store items get as many hits as the same regularly listed items? What are the fee differences?
They do not get as many hits, but the costs are WAY cheaper. Like 12cents for 30 days. You have to have several auctions still running as the auctions really help to bring people into your ebay store. I did this and my costs were reduced by hundreds of dollars every month!
Keep in mind too, that ebay advertises with EVERY search engine and if anyone is looking for what you are selling, they will be presented with your ebay auction in search results as well. This works well for your store also!
You will also receive free access to Omniture service which will give you free traffic reports, and search terms used in your store, and that led to your store plus the referring domanins!
Definitely worthwhile to get a store! My sales never dropped, and the workload and costs went way down! Less relisting etc.!
