Anyone have any experience with Williams & Williams home auctions? Scam or not? Any good tips?
I found a home that I would like to bid on but I am wary of this process. I would like to do this without an agent but from what I have read online there may or may not be some funny stuff going on with Williams & Williams home auctions. Any experiences or tips would be warmly welcomed by this potential first time home buyer. Thanks!
I’ve bought my house from Williams and Williams from their online auction and I haven’t had any problems with this firm at all. I live in New York State and I had a very good experience with this group. um if you do want to take a look in the house have your lender get you the access code for your house that your looking for and get the access code for that little black box that is on the doors and take a walk into the property for yourself. Then you’ll decide should i get this house or not. I’ve done this already when i bought my house . just don’t let williams and williams know lol. take care and good luck.
