100 Million Troy silver coin from 1989??? What’s it worth?
Ok, someone gave me this coin and say it’s worth $100, but what does the “$100 million” engraving mean? On the back it says “Graphic arts center portland oregon” “Premiere GAC or G/C Quality” Are there any online auctions that only have these collectibles that I could look at? I looked on e-bay with no luck.
