Foreclosure Sale 10/07/09- How Long Before I Will have to vacate?
My condo was sold through the county clerk’s office in manatee county, FL. The home association filed and won a judgment against me. How Long Before I Will have to vacate?
A private party wont the auction, Mortgage company did no bid. Should I make then aware of it? and will that help me staying a bit longer in the home?

Thank you for your asnwers so far. let me add that there is a 10 days objection period before the certificate of sale is issued to the new owner. So he can’t evict me before then as far as I know.
Time to move, you should have already been out.
