Guy with a lien on my things sold them in an auction after judge signed restraining order how can i track it.

This relates to my earlier question. I flew to Ok. and went to court. Judge said go by with sheriff and do inventory, Everything was gone. I think he did Ebay auction, on Sept 30th. I can identify jewelery, commercial sewing machines-everything if I can just see pictures posted on-line, but I just don’t know how to do it. thanks for any help in advance…………..Kimmie

Give it up, Kimmie. It sounds like you owed a debt and didn’t pay it, therefore your things were taken to cover some of the debt. Chances are that the sale of your things didn’t pay the debt in full, and you still owe part of that debt.

You can’t trace any activity on eBay unless you were the seller or the buyer. Besides, what would you do even if you did find out who the buyer was??

When you borrow money, you are expected to pay it back. That’s how the real world works. If you haven’t learned that lesson from this experience, you’re in for rough times for the rest of your life.
