eBay Auction?
I put my PSP on eBay, and this one guy bid $999 with 14 minutes left in the auction. Therefore, no serious buyers could bid on it (it was at $167.50, and I wanted $181). Of course, he didn’t pay me. What can I do??

you will probably want to report the buyer as attempting to pay with fraudulent funds.
