I have being receiving offers to buy items after auction, is this approved under ebay rules?. How do I report?
I have received a offer to buy direct item # 120084780082 after auction ended. the offer is for $160.00 for a laptop ” Compaq cvd n610c P4 -M 2.0ghz – 512/40/dvd/cd-rw.
Is this ok?. why I’m getting offers from selles after auction ends to buy same products for a less amount of money?.
