sell dvd on ebay with listing title white envelope with free gift, help?

I have this friend who wants to sell his old anime copies that he bought before on ebay, and he tried to post it on ebay, but they closed his page saying that it is against ebay policies to sell dvd’s without authorization of the maker,
so he asked me if it would be possible to sell the dvd like other people sell airline tickets, with the listing title white envelope plus free gift,
and then in the page you are bidding for a white envelope and the winner of the auction will receive a white envelope plus a free gift… which is so and so anime… do you think that will work or will they close his page also… or is there another web page where he can sell his old anime dvd’s

i would not suggest doing that. it will be reported. many people look for auctions such as these just to report them.

and the account could be NARUed.
