Bose Corporation blot out my auctions on eBay?

Bose keeps deleting my auctions on eBay, saying they are copyrighted images or text when I did none of that, how can i get it to stop. They have no legitimate right to eliminate them, just not as competitive, pointers?

That's not what they are saying, because you can not copyright his images or text – is owned and Bose. Reread what you say and see if you can find out what really are saying. I suspect they are saying that you are using their images and are using the text they have created. So take your own photos and write their own entries. No Use your text, either a commercial or print ad or even from your mailbox. You can always appeal the deletion. Or you can appeal the decision and tell people on ebay you really do not understand the reason for the deletion, and ask to explain in simple terms.
