1985 patriot mobile home?

Recently I found a mobile home that is a double-wide built by patriot mobile homes in 1985 that is now foreclosed.
Basically, the property is in a silent auction and we have to bid our price and then find out if we get it.
So, i would like to bid as less as possible but not over or under the value.
all the info i have is in here so if someone could find some prices that are offered for these homes it would be MUCH appreciated!

the mobile home is in fair shape
and has been remodeled, i’m not too intrested in the remodeled value as much as the core value, most-likely ill add a couple thousand to the bid for the updates! thanks (:
I’m remodeling the mobile home and trying to make a profit on it!

depending on where it is located you can pay more. I have been shopping for a used mobile home and I can not find very many under 6000.
