Can i put my house up for short sale after receiving a notice of trustee sale?
Can i put my house up for short sale after receiving a notice of trustee sale? Is it still possible? How would one go about putting their property up for short sale? Is a foreclosure specialist needed to put a house up for short sale? And if my house gets sold at the auction how long do i have to stay in my property?
I live in california by the way
You must have prior approval from your lender in order to short sale your home.
If sold at auction…you will have approx. 30 days to vacate.
