Sold my old shoes online the guy lives near by?

I sold used shoes on ebay. The man obviously has a fetish he wanted more photos of my feet. Anyway he won the auction,his eBay acount says he lives in another state but the address he gave me is within 5 miles of my home. I am really scared I need some advice on what to do!!!

You can’t do anything legally until he does something. Although you may think he has a foot fetish, it’s not against the law. So, until you receive harassing, obscene, or threatening phone calls or visits, no law has been broken. Use precautionary measures that you should already be using and don’t blow things out of porportion until there really is a need to.
