Vehicle parts can only be repaired and inspected.?

I bought this car at auction, not knowing it was a "parts" and had that mechanical work to fix the damaged parts. But just learned that you can not go to inspection. please help. The car is Mercury Sable 2002, with 129,500 miles. the damage was in the right fender, right headlight and the front pumba. These have been replaced by new parts.

Does the car have a title clear? Where does it say anything official can not pass an inspection? You may have to go to the motor vehicle department to change the paperwork.
