Property sold at auction, but recovered before the sale made. Can I sue the auction purchaser?

The lender decided to sell the property to a new buyer for more money to clear outstanding debts. Can the original buyer auction sue me?

This seems very strange. If [in Spain] to sell a property at auction that binds the buyer and the sale must be completed within 28 total. If you buy a property otherwise than at auction it takes forever and the lawyers do all kinds of searches that have revealed what was going on. I need more data here!
