If a your item on eBay doesn’t meet your reserve price, can you still sell it?

If you put a reserve price on an item on eBay and the auction closes without meeting that reserve, can you still sell it at the price that it closed?

Actually you can offer to sell it at that price or to another bidder at that bidder’s last and highest bid price. You can do it with what is known as a ‘Second Chance Offer’ explained at the following link:

Of course, if the bidder(s) don’t accept your Second Chance Offer, then relist it.
