Where can I find mobile home auctions?

I’m talking about foreclosed homes for pennies on the dollar, not the supposed foreclosures at dealers that aren’t that cheap. I bought a small tract of land and would like to find an affordable home to put on it. Anywhere in South or East Texas would be good. Thanks!

Try the local tax assessor for your area. These tax foreclosures are often held once or twice a year.

Some people will not pay the personal property taxes on their mobile homes due to inflated values & don’t realize they can contest the assessed value.
