Why the people of Canada and the tender of the United Kingdom in an eBay item at the mine when the "Shipping and Handling" …

… section of my auction listing states that "ships to America." Is not buyers outside the U.S. It prohibits tender? I've never sold anything outside the U.S. I'm still not sure I'm comfortable with trying to collect payment for international buyer. Furthermore, only if someone is sold in Canada or the United Kingdom, any advice on the sale / international shipping? Thank you.

You may cancel your bid if you wish. Not to sell outside the U.S.. I've always had problems with shipping and people who expect their items early. It takes a couple of weeks to arrive sometimes. If deliveries are made outside the U.S., be sure and keep your receipts and get insurance. It may be a requirement in the auction. (that way they have to pay for it) also for payment, it is easier to accept PayPal only from international buyers. It saves a lot of stress!
