Where I can find a list of charity auctions where you can donate an experience (ie, a children's summer break)?

I tried a google and yahoo search and came up pretty empty. Even if a simple list is unavailable, how and where I can find individual auctions charity that I can contact? I'm looking especially in areas around New York or Miami, but any major cities will do. Thanks!

I would go to community center and ask if there will be a beneficial action in the short term and if they say no, why not a host
