Ebay Auction Payment
Ebay Payment problem?
I sold an item on Ebay 6 days ago, Ive sent the buyer 2 invoices, and they still havent paid. I was goint to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought to myself she has maybe been away etc, but on checking the feedback she has left etc, she has been on yesterday and today. I intend to send another invoice tomorrow to her.
Should I open a dispute if she still hasnt paid within a couple of days within the next invoice or just wait. She hasnt even responded to any emails.
I dont want to get negative feedback for hassling her as Im at 100%. Ive never had this problem before, so unsure what to do about it.
It states on the auction payment within 5 days of ending and paypal only.
Give a reasonable but definite deadline and threaten to open a dispute ticket. If the deadline passes and nothing’s done then submit the ticket, explaining the reason why you want it closed.
I’ve had a lot of this lately and it’s annoying. Unfortunately there are lots of really thick people out there who don’t understand the legality of the auction – eBay or otherwise!
