What’s the deal/catch with “Auctiva”, the free on-line auction listing tool?

Has anyone used “Auctiva”, the supposedly free listing software for eBay and other online auctions?
I am a firm believer the that there is no such thing as a “free lunch” and this package they are offering seems too good to be true. Anyone know what the catch is? (I’m sure ther must be one)

i,ve used it for a while now, free and happy with it, not come accross any catch,i suppose they hope you upgrade to the paid subscription tools, but so far so good.
