Someone who knows their way around ebay please help .?

I’m new at ebay and am having a problem.I’ve already won,bought,and paid for many items on ebay.My problem is,I won a auction on the 17th and as soon as it was over,I paid for it.Well other stuff that I won that same day has already come in last week.One item I’m having problems out of.I posted a question to the seller this past Sun. the 24th.She sent a response back saying that the previous Mon. had been Martin Luther King day and it didn’t count,and that she was going to ship it the next day,which was Mon. the 25th. It still doesn’t indicate that she has posted it is being shipped.I sent her a question this morning asking if it had been shipped,and saying if she wasn’t going to ship it that I wanted a refund.What do I need to do ? I’ve searched around on ebay but can’t find the info to help me.Thank you to all answers.

Not all sellers use the function (the box/posted icon) to indicate in “my ebay” that they have shipped, this doesnt mean she hasnt shipped it. Give it another week or so for the item to turn up before filing a dispute with paypal
