Sorry another question eBay?

This is an issue in the UK for sale on eBay UK. Ive right to sell my first item and someone won my auction. I get an email from eBay saying congratulations to you and gives you sold the winning bid and the candidates for example, name person123. The name and address is listed under the shipping address is completely different like its a different person. for example, 789 people in the direction ABC highway. However, when I sign up for PayPal that says the person on the road 123 towards xyz. Why have 2 different names and addresses? Ive got in the email payapl says confirmed address, but when I consider payapl says "(The sender of this payment is Non-US – Verified)" (it is said that the payment has been completed on the website payapl) So it is safe to send the item or not?

Hi Although you have the email before sending the item out I check in to see if you received money when 100% sure that the money is in your account then send the item! I must admit that seems a bit odd that you have 2 addresses and especially as 1 of the addresses are not confirmed! when you know you have the money for the subject of the email the winner and ask what address to send the item to the … Hope this helps ..
