Perfect time to end ebay auctions?!?

I know that the best time to End Ebay auctions is on Sunday evening, but what time exactly is the very best? 7:00 ? 7:30? 8:00? Please get back to me ASAP, because I need to start a 10-day auction today ending at this time range on Sunday. Thanks.
I only ship to USA. But there has to be a time period (regardless of our 4 time zones) during an evening when most people are on Ebay.

I don’t know if there is one perfect time to end an ebay auction. If you’re on the east coast and want to end an auction between 9 and 10 pm, you still have the west coast that is 3 hrs behind and lets not get into bidders oversea. Perfect time to end an auction??? There isn’t one!
