What is meant by French eBayers TTBER and TTBER +?

I'm seeing an item on eBay and the description includes this abbreviation. I tried use Google, but only has pages of auctions still more with the same initials, all in French. Could someone please tell what it is they represent? In its literal French, preferably. It seems more than just TTBER TTBER +. Google and you will see immediately.
