I want to start an auction site that raises money for charity?

… I take a small percentage of that money earned / donated, the rest goes to a selected charity. I can not find the software to help do this, any ideas?

The answerer above is incorrect – you do not can register with the Charity Commission, if you are not a charity. You can advertise as fundraising for charity, unless you clearly indicate what age% of their recovery is going to which charities – see website of the Charity Commission of the rules. I believe that you are donating to charity you want consulkted before raising funds on their behalf.
