salvaged vehicles from insurance claims?

Hey, Does anyone have any idea how to become a member of the auctions that are hosted by insurance companies? In other words, my hubby wants to purchase slavaged vehicles that were totalled in accidents and he wants to strip them down to sell for parts…can anyone help lead us in the right direction to websites, etc that could maybe get us bidding???thanks for your help!~!~~!~!~!

Insurance companies typically don’t hold auctions except in rare instances. For the most part when an insurance company totals and buys out a vehicle, they will send it to a yard where parts are sold off it to recoup their losses.
