Does anyone know anything about foreclosure/auction laws in AZ? If so please help?!?!?!?

We are currently renting a condo month to month and have been for the past 3 yrs. we just recently found out that it was put up for auction on the 9th of the month, and the bank now own it.
Can they just kick us out? or do they have to give us some kind of time to pack and find somewhere. i heard of something called cash for keys does it apply to AZ law?? Please ONLY answer this if you know something about it. Thank you!

Cash for keys I believe is for property owners. Under the new Federal foreclosure law you will recieve a 90 day notice to quit the premises when the bank is ready for a new owner to take posession
