World of Warcraft problems?

everytime now Iog onto my warcraft account when I finally enter the world everyone’s names are “unknown” all my online friends, all the people around me, that lasts about 2 minutes… I also cant do anything, no vendor or auction house windows will open, no gryphon master windows will open, I just run around SW doing nothing, I cant send or recieve tells from my friends and other players and nothing shows up in any of the channels, general or trade (and in SW you know there is alot going on in those channels) I cant even open my professions up or teleport someone plz help

Do NPCs and/or players show up as ‘Unknown?’
The “Unknown” label on NPCs and PCs is caused by a breakdown in the network communication between your computer and the server. Other symptoms of a communication error include character models not loading, red ?’s in your inventory and action bars, or exiting to the login screen with a disconnection error a few moments after entering the game.
