What about properties that are sold at government auction sites that are not sold?

What about properties that are in the government auction sites that do not sell? They get anywhere else if you know what?

Depends on government auction. If this is a government auction federal, then it is probably the property held by the trustee in bankruptcy. This happens when someone (person or firm) becomes bankrupt. The other way that happen is if the government (eg DEA) seized the property. In any case, the government auctioned the property. If not sold, then the government or used property itself (as the IRS with the cars seized by the DEA), or the property is sold for scrap. If this is not possible, then the property can be thrown away. State and local auctions are similar.
