Is buying a repossessed car a good idea with our economy?

I would never buy a repossessed car without warranty and without a clean carfax record of damage but im wondering is it a good idea? I got on the site “gov-auction.org” which is the most “trusted” government repossession site in the United States. It says you can save up to 95% on the retail price of the car. Do you think thats just blowing smoke or is there any truth to it? Anybody have experience with buying repos?

Yes buying a car in govt auctions is a good idea if you know what you are doing, and you are a good in cars.
