school auctions in texas
My practice location will be up for auction next week-delinquent school taxes by landlord, What can be done?

I have a 3 year lease agreement in Texas. All rent was paid on time ($10,000. per month) for over a year. Spent over $50,000. for the property to meet building codes, and have a pending state license to perform the operations. I really need to continue business there or I will lose tremendously. I have not made any income there at all in the process because the place was not ready. I found out that he is trying to get another person to buy it in order for them to do the same type business. After I got everything ready. I have been used or frauded. I was not told about the 2 year delinquent school taxes. This venture is financially breaking me. What is this an what can I do?

Plus, I’ve been informed that he is trying to get someone to pay the delinquent taxes at auction and do the same businesses that I have planned to do there. He has not offered that opportunity to me.

just at a glance, there should be some deductions that might be used from your input$ that may equal up things a bit (teaming with…) but i’m not sure or am i any kind of pro… the BBB would do well to handle your case to redeem your loses from any sale before its used on any other endeavor.
