Please help me how to register a vehicle salvage certificate in Florida.?

I bought this car in a salvage auction in Florida from out of state vendor, now I have this title salvage certificate of Florida and not know what to do, so simple here in California but have no idea how to do in Fl.thanks

If what you have is a "Certificate of Destruction", you should take that form, the title, and a complete "Application for redemption of securities (82.363)" at any Florida DMV and get transferred to your name. If all we got was 82,363, then you need the title and a certificate of destruction. The form for requesting a certificate of destruction (82012) If you actually have a certificate of title, recovered showing title – then all you have to do is transfer the contents to his name.
