Why do we complicate our lives in deciding who to settle with and not adjust with the first person who comes our way.
Because its in our genes to seek a better partner. Ultimately all men have a drive to push their genes into as many “better” girls as they can. Girls go for guys who are more of the “successful” guys. The more successful a guy is the more compelling will be the need within him to spread his genes. A successful guy who does not spread his genes into as a many girls as is possible is slowing down evolution because of his unwillingness to share as much of himself as he can.
If Bill Gates / Pt Ravi Shankar were to auction his semen how many people would go for it?
Its possible that if you are successful, nature will force girls on you and make you have affairs.
interesting theory…..I made a comment to my gf that if I get this new job I am applying for that I will be “making enough money for 2 girlfriends” haha, so yeah I believe we feel that way.
but honestly, I do love her so I problably wouldnt actually cheat on her.
