Do you think the world is headed toward one world government?
If so, how will leaders be elected or appointed? The banks, mortgage companies, and insurance companies around the world all seem connected already. Major companies in the United States are being sold to people/companies all around the world, very fast. It has been said that the United States is not a democracy, it is an auction.
How exactly was the European Union formed?
This is just my opinion, but I think the only thing that would truly united the whole world is if we found intelligent life on another planet.
The world would then unite in our race to build a space craft that would carry selected individuals to that planet, greet our new-found friends, and then destroy them.
It just seems to be our way..
