eBay Live Auctions question .. pelase reply if u know?

there is a high price point i want to bid on eBay, but it is in live auction format. am new to this type of auction and have read the help pages for eBay auctions live too .. but I do not fully understand. said the salesman, if I win the auction you pay 15% of the share premium end .. thats how i understodd that anway. So in simple terms, is this additional fee, the only difference between auctions live and normal auctions .. from a financial standpoint? im worried I might end up paying too much for not reading the terms and conditions or something. im nervous in bidding.

My knowledge of eBay is that the seller pays the fees. When buying I always pay the price that is offered at cost plus shipping costs are usually posted. When an offer you can say what your maximum bid and that will only make an offer so far, and you can get that for less and maybe not. You will be notified when you're out of the bidding. If the seller is turning plus 15% do not think they can do that. I would like to see with eBay.
