The President's Working Group on Preventing Home Foreclosures organized several public meetings to discuss the growing number of properties on auction mortgaged housing. The information gathered at public meetings are used to prepare a legislative report to be submitted to State Assembly Speaker Mike Sheridan.

The public meeting in Eau Claire, moderated by Representative Kristen Dexter, was led by youth and representatives of Leon Jeff Smith.
